Clinic Packages (more info):
At the start of each 8-week clinic session, we offer packages to make clinics more economical. Students can choose to attend clinic once, twice, or three times a week, with the option for three times a week limited to silver and elite squads. Depending on the package purchased, students can attend clinic for the selected number of days each week during the session. These packages are not based on a set number of classes but on weekly attendance frequency. If a student misses a clinic day, they must communicate with clinic coaches to arrange a makeup day within the same session, as any unattended days will not roll over to the next session. If you don’t feel able to commit to a package at this time, you are always welcome to attend clinic at the drop-in rate.
Bronze Squad (beginner level): - Players develop racket and motor skills while creating a passion for the game. Beginners will learn techniques such as racket grip, swing, preparation and developing hand eye coordination while learning basic shot differentiation.
Silver Squad (intermediate level): - Players' skills are fine-tuned through drills, strength training, and court movement while they learn the technical aspects of the game such as scoring, match play and fitness.
Elite Squad (high performance level): - Players will begin to understand game plans and strategic play, while developing the mental aspects of their game with a winning mindset. Players will demonstrate court awareness through coverage and agility, with an emphasis on match winning shots. Advanced players will continue to grow their skills through competitive play and drilling. This program encourages varsity play with collegiate squash opportunities.
